Hi Lawrence students and families!  My name is Molly James, I am the new Instructional Coach at Lawrence Elementary School!  I have been an educator for over 20 years as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and Instructional Coach.  I work side-by-side with teachers planning, teaching, and fine tuning instructional practices so that they can be their best for our students.  Supporting teachers and students, helping them grow and achieve their goals is fulfilling work.  I am excited to be joining a great team and community!
