Research
PebbleGo is perfect for K-2, offering young learners engaging, read-aloud articles and videos on topics like animals and science, making early research fun. PebbleGo Next expands on this for grades 3-5, providing more in-depth content, timelines, and primary sources for deeper exploration of subjects such as biographies and social studies. Both databases foster curiosity and build essential research skills in a safe, kid-friendly online environment.
Students are encouraged to access the Jefferson County Public Library A to Z databases for peer reviewed sources. Many of the articles have read aloud options, varied text levels, and ready-made citations. Be sure to check out ScholastGo, World Book Encyclopedia, Culture Grams, Colorado Collection for Kids, and TumbleBooks. Students can login with their personal library card or family card.
