Hello, my name is Cristyl DeBerard.   My goal is to enhance my students’ knowledge and motivation so that they are ready to move on to fourth grade and become life-long learners.  This will be my 23rd year teaching and most of those years have been in 3rd grade. I have two Master’s Degrees (one in Technology and the other in Reading). I look forward to learning and growing with your child!

Hello! My name is Chelsea Funk and I am your student’s new third grade teacher! This is my third year at Lawrence Elementary. I graduated from UC Denver where I received my Master’s in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Teaching in Diverse Contexts. My priority is to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students to thrive in. When I'm not teaching, I love running, riding bikes, and hiking with my Westie puppy Remus.
